The English Ski Council

is the governing body of the sport for English skiers.  It is recognised and directly grant-aided by Sport England and has responsibility for fostering, promoting and developing the interests of English skiers and all aspects of their sports.

Membership is open to organisations with a commitment to skiing, as well as individuals.  There is a Regional structure for clubs.

Most of ESC's activities are organised by volunteers.  There is a small professional staff who co-ordinate activities and handle all central administration.  ESC is managed by a Board and a Council.

For more information please see 'What is the English Ski Council?'.  This is contained in a section that comprises basic information about ESC and its constitution.
